We are opening a store in Hornsby, and are looking for Supervisors to lead the team!
Supervisor Main Purpose
As a part of the management team, you will work closely with the Manager and Trainee Managers to achieve the stores vision and goals. Delegating tasks and supporting the staff is a core part of your role, reinforced with clear and consistent feedback. You will always act as an ambassador for LUSH and supervise Sales Assistants to do the same.

Core Responsibilities

Leading the shop floor by delegating tasks and ensuring that customer's needs are being met.

Supervising Sales Assistants to give the highest level of LUSH customer service.

Leading by example when serving customers, taking customers on interactive store tours, moving from range to range while securing sales.

Maintaining thorough product knowledge. Referring to key ingredients in products during interactions with customers, describing their functions and benefits with confidence. Demonstrating a sound knowledge of essential oils and their effect on body and mind.

Training other staff on product knowledge, sales and processes.

Has a minimum of one year retail experience.

Has experience in leadership and/or management.
